A difficult victory for Kuwait over Al-Ahly of Aleppo

 

Kuwait achieved a difficult victory over Al-Ahly of Aleppo, Syria 67/59, at the end of the matches of the second day of the Arab basketball clubs, to raise the owner of the land to four points from two consecutive wins, equal to the Alexandrian Al-Ittihad, with the same points, awaiting their match on Saturday, which will determine the identity of the leader of the first group. The brilliance of the professional of the Syrian team, Brandon, influenced this result after scoring the highest score (33) points.

The first quarter ended with the land owners advancing 27/19, and repeated its superiority in the second quarter 16/8, but Al-Ahly of Aleppo rose up in the third and fourth quarters, advancing to 20/12, then tied in the last one 12/12.

In the third group, Al-Bashaer of Oman surprised its rival, Al-Sadd of Qatar, and outperformed it 92/86, achieving the advantage by occupying third place in its group, after Kuwaiti Kazma and Al-Ahly of Bahrain. Al-Bashaer player Ali Hajji scored the highest score (26) points.
